Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Nurse Coordinator role located in Kolkata. The Nurse Coordinator will oversee and manage patient care, collaborate with medical teams to implement care plans, and provide leadership to ensure high-quality services. Responsibilities include coordinating with healthcare staff, monitoring patient progress, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards and policies. The role requires strong organizational and communication skills to effectively manage patient care and medical priorities.
Qualifications
- Strong foundation in Nursing, and Patient Care at home
- Hands-on experience or knowledge in Critical Care
- Exceptional Organization Skills to manage tasks and prioritize effectively
- Ability to efficiently collaborate with teams and maintain detailed documentation
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or GNM or related field; relevant certifications are an advantage
