Description
We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Nurse to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 0-9 years of experience in the job market context of India and will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to patients in our facility.
Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care, including administering medications and treatments as prescribed by the physician
- Assist physicians and other healthcare professionals in the diagnosis, treatment, and management of patient care
- Monitor and record patient vital signs and medical history
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care to patients
- Educate patients and their families on disease prevention, management, and treatment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records and documentation
- Ensure compliance with infection control protocols and other healthcare regulations and standards
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
- Valid license to practice as a Registered Nurse in India
- 0-9 years of experience in a healthcare setting
- Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Basic computer skills for documentation purposes
- Knowledge of infection control protocols and other healthcare regulations and standards
