Job Overview
We are looking for an experienced NuGenesis ELN Developer / Consultant with strong hands-on expertise in NuGenesis ELN and ELN template development using the Smart Builder plugin. The ideal candidate should have experience working in regulated laboratory environments and be comfortable with ELN/SDMS support, workflow development, database integration, and deployment activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain NuGenesis ELN templates and workflows using the Smart Builder plugin.
- Perform SQL development and integrate ELN applications with databases.
- Gather business requirements and perform business analysis in collaboration with laboratory and business stakeholders.
- Plan, coordinate, and execute UAT activities.
- Provide NuGenesis ELN/SDMS support, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate with Waters/vendor support teams for technical issues and escalations.
- Manage and support Waters NuGenesis deployments across DEV, VAL, and PROD environments.
- Support laboratory instrument integrations and reporting requirements.
- Work within regulated laboratory environments following SOP-driven processes, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and support of ELN solutions.
- Power BI experience is an added advantage for reporting and dashboard requirements.
