Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced and dynamic NTT Trainer with a strong background in Pre-Primary / Early Childhood Education. Candidates with prior experience as a Center Head will be preferred.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct online training sessions for NTT (Nursery Teacher Training) participants

- Create and update curriculum and training content

- Lead participants & monitor their progress

- Review participants recorded sessions, evaluate assignments and provide constructive feedback

- Handle academic & admin coordination

- Support placement activities

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 5–8 years of experience in Pre-Primary / Early Childhood Education

- Prior experience as a Center Head & Teacher Training is preferred

- Strong understanding of NTT curriculum and teaching methodologies

- Excellent communication, presentation, and mentoring skills

- Comfortable conducting online sessions and using digital tools
