  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives in the property and building & construction industry.
  • Identify and establish relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the industry.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to the sales team to ensure targets are met.
  • Analyse sales data and prepare reports for senior management.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth execution of projects and strategies.
  • Drive initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Represent the company at industry events and networking opportunities.

Leadership & Strategy

  • Develop and implement the comprehensive sales and marketing strategy for Business Verticals across India



Sales Performance & Profitability

  • Drive national sales performance by managing and motivating a geographically dispersed sales team to meet and exceed revenue targets within the construction and infrastructure segments.



Business Development

  • Identify, evaluate, and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and channels to broaden client's market reach across various sub-sectors.



Team Building and Training

  • Recruit, develop, and retain high-performing sales professionals, fostering a culture of continuous learning, motivation, and accountability.



Customer Relationship

  • Establish and nurture enduring relationships with key customers, ensuring sustained customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat business

The Successful Applicant

A successful NSM Confidential should have:

  • A strong background in sales, particularly in the construction chemicals, geosynthetics, waterproofing, roofing or flooring industry.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Proven leadership and team management capabilities.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency in sales data interpretation.
  • Knowledge of market trends and competitor activities in the property and building & construction sector
  • B.Tech in Civil Engineering, Mechanical Engg
  • MBA is a must
