About the Role
We are hiring entry-level Sales Executives who can communicate clearly, handle pressure, and close deals. This is not a passive role—you'll be expected to actively chase targets and convert leads.
Key Responsibilities
Reach out to potential customers via calls, emails, or chats
Understand requirements and pitch relevant products/services
Handle objections and push conversations toward closure
Meet daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets
Update and maintain records in CRM systems
Continuously improve conversion rates through feedback and learning
Requirements
0–1 year of experience (Freshers with strong communication can apply)
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Willingness to work night shifts (strict requirement)
Sales mindset: persistence, confidence, and comfort with rejection
Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn tools quickly
Preferred Qualifications
MBA (any specialization) preferred
Any undergraduate degree is acceptable
