Job Description

Reporting into the founding leadership, the Head of NPD Sourcing and Supply Chain is owning end‑to‑end new product development, from concept to shelf. This is a hands‑on product builder role, not a formulation, strategy or program‑only position.

The role is:

  • Owning end‑to‑end NPD across multiple formats including ingestibles, topicals and new‑age formats
  • Translating consumer insights into scalable, market‑ready products
  • Working closely with external formulators to arrive at final product decisions
  • Identifying, onboarding and managing contract manufacturers
  • Owning raw material and packaging sourcing end‑to‑end
  • Driving rapid iteration cycles (2-4 weeks), including batch trials, failures and improvements
  • Partnering with design and marketing to ensure strong product‑market fit
  • Owning product costing, margins and scale‑readiness
  • Building and improving NPD processes as the organisation scales

This is a hands‑on, builder‑led NPD ownership role.

The Successful Applicant

High‑ownership operator who has shipped real physical products end‑to‑end in fast‑paced environments.

  • 6-10 years of experience in FMCG, nutraceuticals, food or consumer health
  • Proven track record of launching products from 0 to 1 and beyond
  • Strong experience working with contract manufacturers and suppliers
  • Ability to balance consumer experience, feasibility and cost
  • High execution bias with comfort in early‑stage, unstructured setups
