Job Description

Designation: NPD Marketing Executive

Experience- 2-3 Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the end-to-end marketing activities for new product development and launches.
  • Coordinate with Product, R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely product launches.
  • Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights for new product ideas.
  • Help develop go-to-market (GTM) plans including launch calendars, promotions, and communication strategies.
  • Execute launch campaigns across digital, marketplace, and offline channels.
  • Coordinate creation of product content, packaging inputs, creatives, and POS materials.
  • Track launch performance, collect feedback, and prepare basic reports on sales and consumer response.
  • Ensure alignment of branding, pricing, and messaging with company guidelines.
  • Support internal teams with product training materials and launch documentation.
