Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end marketing activities for new product development and launches.
- Coordinate with Product, R&D, Sales, and Supply Chain teams to ensure timely product launches.
- Assist in market research, competitor analysis, and consumer insights for new product ideas.
- Help develop go-to-market (GTM) plans including launch calendars, promotions, and communication strategies.
- Execute launch campaigns across digital, marketplace, and offline channels.
- Coordinate creation of product content, packaging inputs, creatives, and POS materials.
- Track launch performance, collect feedback, and prepare basic reports on sales and consumer response.
- Ensure alignment of branding, pricing, and messaging with company guidelines.
- Support internal teams with product training materials and launch documentation.
