We are looking for an experienced New Product Development Manager to drive product innovation and process improvements in the Steel, Modular Kitchen, and Furniture Industry. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in product development, material research, and manufacturing process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and improve products, materials, and designs.
• Research market trends, new materials, and competitor products.
• Optimize manufacturing processes for quality and efficiency.
• Work closely with design, production, and supplier teams.
• Ensure product quality, compliance, and industry standards.

Requirements

• 5–8 years of experience in R&D/Product Development.
• Experience in Steel, Modular Kitchen, or Furniture Industry is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of materials, manufacturing processes, and product development.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
