Job Description
- Expertise in Exterior plastic design and focused on CAD modeling and detailing of Bumper Fascia, Bumper Grille, and associated exterior trim components using CATIA V5
- Responsible for creating and maintaining best-in-class 3D CAD surface and solid models, mating/assembly structures, and fully detailed 2D drawings using CATIA V5/3DEXPERIENCE
- Knowledge of Class-A surface continuity (curvature, reflection, tangency) to accurately convert styling math data into engineering-ready surfaces while preserving design intent.
- Applied understanding of datum schemes, tolerance stack-up, and gap/flush requirements
- Experience in vehicle packaging and architecture
