NPD Engineer
Department: New Product Development (NPD) / Engineering
Key Responsibilities
- Develop new products as per customer and market requirements.
- Prepare product design, drawings, and specifications.
- Coordinate with design, production, quality, purchase, and vendors.
- Conduct prototype development and testing activities.
- Analyze product feasibility, cost, and manufacturing process.
- Support product improvement and engineering changes.
- Maintain NPD documentation and project records.
Qualifications
- Diploma / B.E. Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in product development or machine manufacturing.
- Knowledge of CAD software, BOM, and manufacturing processes.
- Good problem-solving and coordination skills.
