Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for an NPD (New Product Development) Engineer, located in Indore. The NPD Engineer will be responsible for planning, designing, and developing new products, managing timelines, and ensuring products meet required specifications. The role involves coordinating with cross-functional teams, troubleshooting issues, improving existing designs, and maintaining detailed documentation on product development processes.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in product development, and improvement.
- Strong problem-solving, troubleshooting, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality standards
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools(Creo).
- Strong communication and team collaboration skills
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience in the fluid transmission or automotive manufacturing domain is a plus.
- Additionally Working Knowledge of CMM.
