Job Description

  • Responsible for handling the increased NPD workload, supporting TAA/PHQ category expansion, and improving PDP accuracy.
  • Support activities including BOM creation, testing follow-ups, data entry, PDP validation, and coordination of prototypes.
  • Manage internal lab communication, testing protocols, and quality checks during Go-Live.
  • Ensure accuracy in PDP data, maintain version control, and stay prepared for audits (in collaboration with the NPD/QA team).
  • Contribute to the expanded NPD pipeline for TAA/PHQ categories (approximately 35% growth compared to 2025).
  • Support quality validation during the Go-Live process.
