Npd Engineer

We are seeking an NPD Engineer to be responsible for the end-to-end planning, design, and development of new plastic products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in injection molding and a strong ability to manage projects from concept to production, ensuring adherence to quality and manufacturing standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop plastic products (injection molding) from concept to production.
• Create and manage Bills of Materials (BOMs) and design documentation.
• Review product engravings, labeling, and markings.
• Conduct trials, test prototypes, and troubleshoot issues during development and mass production.
• Coordinate with tooling vendors and calibrate molding parameters.
• Ensure product quality and compliance through the stage-gate process and Design for Manufacturability (DFM) principles.

Skills Required

• B.E. or Diploma in Mechanical / Tool & Die making.
• 3+ years of experience in plastic injection molding, die casting, or automotive components.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
