Job Title: NPCI Certified Tester – UPI Payments
Location: Mumbai
Experience: 1-5 years (relevant experience in UPI/testing)

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced NPCI Certified Tester with strong expertise in UPI payments testing. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in NPCI certification processes, UPI flows, and end-to-end payment system validation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform end-to-end testing of UPI payment flows (P2P, P2M, Intent, Collect, QR, etc.)
- Handle NPCI certification testing for UPI with thorough understanding of compliance requirements
- Design, execute, and maintain test cases, test scenarios, and test scripts
- Validate APIs, interfaces, and integrations related to UPI ecosystem
- Work closely with developers, business analysts, and stakeholders to resolve defects
- Perform regression, functional, integration, and system testing
- Monitor transaction logs and troubleshoot issues in real-time payment systems
- Ensure adherence to NPCI guidelines and certification standards
Required Skills:
- Strong knowledge of UPI architecture and payment workflows
- Hands-on experience with NPCI UPI certification
- Experience in API testing tools (Postman, Swagger, etc.)
- Familiarity with ISO 8583 / payment messaging formats is a plus
- Knowledge of SQL and database validation
- Experience in defect tracking tools (JIRA, etc.)
- Understanding of banking/payment domain
Preferred Qualifications:
- NPCI certification experience is mandatory
- Prior experience with banks, fintechs, or payment gateways
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
