Location: Mumbai
Compensation: 25,000 40,000 per month (based on experience)

Role & Responsibilities:-
Manage end-to-end servicing of assigned ARC / NBFC retail NPA portfolios
Track PTP (Promise to Pay) cases and follow up for collections
Handle settlement and OTS (One-Time Settlement) processes
Coordinate closely with calling teams, legal teams, and ARC / lender
representatives
Prepare, maintain, and report internal MIS as well as ARC-standard MIS
Ensure accurate case tagging, proper documentation, and adherence to process
compliance
Assist in automation initiatives and continuous process improvement within
servicing operations
Eligibility Criteria :-
36 years of relevant experience in retail NPA servicing, ARC, or NBFC
collections operations
Strong hands-on experience in PTP tracking, settlements / OTS, and operational
follow-ups
Good working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets for MIS and reporting
