Job Type : Full-Time (On contract basis)
Educational Qualifications : Bachelor's degree/Diploma or higher in a creative field.
Experience : 1 to 5 years of working experience in using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Illustrator), Canva, or similar projects. (Proof of experience and salary certificate from the employer are required for experienced candidates).
Salary : Minimum 1 year of experience: 17,500 per month
More than 5 years of experience: Up to 30,000 per month, depending on experience
Job Description For Graphic Designer
The candidate must have a strong portfolio showcasing their design skills and experience in creating visually appealing content for both print and digital media. The Graphic Designer will be responsible for producing high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand identity and supports our marketing and communication efforts.
Key Responsibilities
- Visual Content Creation: Design and produce graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various media, including websites, social media, advertisements, brochures, and presentations.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs adhere to the company's brand guidelines and maintain visual consistency across all platforms and materials.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing, product, and content teams to develop creative solutions that meet project objectives and deadlines.
- Concept Development: Generate innovative design concepts and ideas that effectively communicate the desired message to the target audience.
- Project Management: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and high-quality output.
- Image Editing: Edit and retouch images to enhance their quality and impact.
- Typography: Utilize typography effectively to create visually appealing and readable designs.
- Software Proficiency: Use graphic design software such as Adobe Photoshop and applications like Canva to create and refine designs.
- Print Production: Prepare and deliver print-ready files, coordinating with external printers as necessary.
- Feedback Implementation: Incorporate feedback from team members and clients to refine and improve designs.
