About the Role
We are seeking a business-driven leader to spearhead our Group Affinity Business across acquisition and strategic account management. The role requires a strong grasp of Group Credit Life, proven P&L thinking, and the ability to grow revenue through existing partners while acquiring high-quality new relationships. The ideal candidate should be an experienced team leader with strong stakeholder management, institutional sales capability, and an entrepreneurial mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify, acquire and onboard new Affinity Partners, NBFCs, FinTechs, Banks, and large institutional clients.
• Drive revenue and profitability targets for the region and lead commercial negotiations, pitch proposals, and close contracts.
• Manage and grow business from key existing accounts; maximize cross-sell and upsell opportunities.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with senior stakeholders across partner organizations.
• Work closely with Product, Underwriting, and Operations teams to deliver tailored Group Credit Life solutions.
• Create a performance-driven culture with a strong focus on results and relationship excellence. • Track pipeline, conversions, commercial approvals, and partner documentation.
Key Requirements:
• 15–20 years of experience in Group Credit Life / Group Business / Institutional Sales within the life insurance industry.
• Demonstrated success in acquisition + account mining.
• Strong team handling experience.
• Excellent communication, executive presence, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive revenue growth with strategic thinking and operational discipline.
• Mature, polished, and able to engage confidently with senior leaders of partner organizations.
