Job Description

Your Tasks

  • Accounts support - including basic accounting entries and reconciliations
  • Sales and customer support like customer queries, complaints and goods insurance follow-ups
  • Order execution, invoicing support and payment follow-ups
  • Preparation of stock, sales and other periodic MIS reports
  • GST returns, TDS returns and statutory compliance support
  • Import and domestic logistics coordination
  • Re-ordering planning and supply chain coordination
  • GRN, warehouse coordination and customs clearance follow-ups
  • Office administration, sampling support and general operational support

Your Profile

  • Academic background in Commerce (B.Com, M.Com or Inter-CA)
  • 1–2 years of experience in accounts support, sales support, logistics, or a CA firm background is preferred
  • Basic working knowledge of accounting, GST and statutory documentation
  • Good knowledge of MS Excel and general office tools like ERP systems
  • Excellent communication, coordination and organisational skills
  • Willingness to learn and support multiple operational functions
  • Fluency in both written and spoken Hindi and English
