Job Description

Visit.org is looking for a passionate and ambitious Nonprofit Experience & Partnership Associate, EMEA/APAC to join our remote team. The Nonprofit Experience & Partnership Associate will support the expansion of our network of partner nonprofits and work closely with them to design and build high-quality social impact experiences. The right candidate will have an entrepreneurial spirit, extreme passion for our mission, and the energy and discipline to come in and be a builder in a start-up tech environment.

Please note: This role is based in India and requires 50-70% availability during standard local business hours with Europe and 9am - 12 pm EST Tues-Thurs to overlap with US hours for key meetings.

Responsibilities:

  • Cultivate, maintain, and strengthen relationships with partner organizations, acting as the primary liaison between them and Visit.org. Provide general and tailored support to ensure partner satisfaction
  • Collaborate closely with partner organizations to co-design and co-build social impact experiences, prioritizing high-quality output and tangible social impact. Incorporate feedback to continuously improve these experiences
  • Onboard prospective partner nonprofits and social ventures. Support recruitment team as needed
  • Facilitate the preparedness of NPOs to offer best-in-class experiences through comprehensive onboarding, training, and communications support
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records using Hubspot, proprietary platform, and/or other technology platforms
  • Leverage data and technology tools to optimize recruitment and partnership-building efforts
  • Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to facilitate experiences, event delivery, organization training, payments, and other operational aspects
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive knowledge of partner organizations, experiences, and offerings in the assigned region/portfolio
  • Assist in identifying crucial metrics, KPIs, and scalable processes, and support the implementation of new systems and processes for efficiency

Requirements

Qualifications:

  • At least 2 years of experience working in the nonprofit sector, social impact space, or a related field
  • 1+ year(s) of experience in a client-facing role, building relationships, and ensuring retention
  • Understanding of the unique needs of nonprofits and a passion for our mission
  • Experience in relationship building, preferably with nonprofits
  • Comfortable working with data; experience working with Salesforce or other CRM software is a plus
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Familiar with and excited to work in a fast-paced, highly demanding startup environment
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and able to prioritize and manage several tasks at once
  • Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute as part of a collaborative team, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment
