Key Responsibilities

• Verify candidate information in the client's ATS.
• Conduct email and phone number verification.
• Research and validate NPI numbers for healthcare professionals.
• Cross-check and update candidate profiles for accuracy.
• Identify and correct missing or incorrect information.
• Follow predefined email templates and client processes.
• Maintain accurate records and meet quality/TAT requirements.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in Locum Sourcing
• Experience with ATS/recruitment databases.
• Strong online research and data-verification skills.
• Knowledge of NPI numbers and healthcare professionals is preferred.
• Good written English and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to follow processes, templates, and quality standards.
