Role Overview

This role is responsible for driving project and program success through effective planning, execution, cross-functional collaboration, and data-driven decision-making. The position works closely with multiple teams-including Resource Planning, Business Analytics, and GIS-to deliver operational improvements, actionable insights, and scalable solutions that support business objectives.

Experience - 6 to 9 Years

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end project execution, including planning, scheduling, resource coordination, and stakeholder communication
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, define milestones, track progress, and ensure timely delivery of initiatives
  • Partner closely with the Resource Planning team to identify risks, mitigate issues, and optimize resource utilization
  • Analyze complex business and operational challenges and provide structured, data-driven recommendations
  • Collaborate with the Business Analytics team to design and deliver reports and dashboards, including BRD preparation, testing, and validation
  • Coordinate with the GIS team to manage application enhancements, bug fixes, and release communications to stakeholders
  • Perform impact analysis on global resource planning using internal systems and enterprise applications
  • Prepare and present weekly and monthly reports, delivering meaningful insights to support senior management decision-making
  • Drive process improvement initiatives with full ownership, focusing on efficiency, standardization, and automation
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to improve collaboration, productivity, and overall program effectiveness

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field
  • Experience in project management within Manufacturing and Operations environments, preferably in the semiconductor manufacturing domain
  • Prior experience in resource planning and resource management is a strong advantage
  • Hands-on experience with ERP systems, preferably SAP
  • Strong working knowledge of analytical and visualization tools such as Tableau and/or Power BI
  • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a strong focus on MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Planner
  • Demonstrated strengths in analytical thinking, planning, communication, business acumen, and problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently and manage responsibilities with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment
