Internship Studio is looking for a Non-Tech Customer Support Intern to join our growing team in Baner, Pune.

Location: Baner, Pune (Work from Office)

Duration: 3 to 6 Months

Stipend : ₹5,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle incoming customer calls and emails professionally
  • Provide timely and effective support by resolving queries and concerns
  • Create and manage support tickets with clear documentation
  • Communicate updates and ensure a smooth customer experience

Skills Required:

  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Patience and professionalism in handling customers
  • Basic computer proficiency
  • Prior customer service experience is a plus, not mandatory
