Job Description

Internship Studio is hiring a Non-Tech Customer Support Intern for our team in Baner, Pune!

Location: Baner, Pune( Work from Office)

Duration: 3 to 6 Months

Stipend: 10,000 - 14,000/month

Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle incoming customer calls and emails in a professional and friendly manner.

2. Provide timely and effective support to customers by addressing their inquiries and concerns.

3. Create and manage support tickets using our internal ticketing system, ensuring clear documentation of all interactions.

4. Communicate updates, collect additional details, and ensure customers have a positive experience.

Skills Required:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to manage customer queries with patience and professionalism.

- Proficiency in using computer applications.

- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required!
