Your Role

Total Experience: 12-14 Years

Location: Mumbai/Bangalore

  • Endtoend Project Governance: Monitor execution, resolve issues, manage scope/risks, and ensure highquality, ontime delivery through structured reporting.
  • Stakeholder & Communication Management: Coordinate with global teams, conduct status/defect/risk meetings, and manage leadership communication.
  • Team Leadership & Mentoring: Guide teams on technology, architecture, delivery practices, and foster a unified direction and highperformance culture.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive productivity improvements, enforce process and quality controls, and support program planning, SOW creation, and milestone tracking.
  • Business Value Delivery: Champion business cases for change, support solution deployment, manage financials, and ensure continuous improvement in AMS/Development environments.

Your Role

  • Leadership & Delivery Excellence: Strong experience managing multiskilled, multilocation teams and Service Delivery Managers with proven Clevel stakeholder management.
  • Financial & Operational Management: Expertise in budget planning, P&L ownership, contribution margin improvement, and operational efficiency through process rigor.
  • Transformation & Automation: Proven success driving sales initiatives, transformation programs, productivity improvement, and automation/industrialization.
  • TechnoFunctional Strength: Hands-on understanding of SAP/ERP/Custom Apps/Oracle, with analytical skills, KPI definition, and crossfunctional collaboration.
  • Tools & Methodologies: Advanced proficiency with MS Project/Excel/PowerPoint, JIRA, ServiceNow, and strong grounding in Agile/Scrum frameworks.
