Flexing It has partnered with Our Client, A global management consultancy firm, is seeking a seasoned professional to serve as a Senior Advisor – NGO & CSR Outreach for an 8-week engagement, supporting their cancer funding initiative across India and Egypt. The role is focused on strategic outreach and engagement with NGOs and CSR teams to identify collaboration and funding opportunities for cancer-related initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead outreach efforts to NGOs, CSR foundations, and relevant stakeholders to mobilize support for cancer funding initiatives.
2. Leverage existing networks to identify potential partners in both India and Egypt.
3. Facilitate discussions and engagement strategies with high-impact NGOs, philanthropic organizations, and CSR divisions of corporates.
4. Support in positioning the initiative strategically to align with CSR mandates and social investment goals of prospective partners.
5. Guide the development of outreach materials, pitches, and partnership proposals.

Skills Required
Skills Required:
- Former Director/Partner with experience in Public Health or Social Impact from a top consulting firm or
- Ex-Market Access/CSR Head from a leading pharmaceutical company with a strong NGO/CSR network
- Proven track record of leading strategic partnerships and fundraising or access initiatives, particularly in health or cancer care
- Deep understanding of the NGO and CSR ecosystems in India and/or Egypt
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and relationship-building skills
