Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit.
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates.
• Provide regular updates to hiring managers on recruitment progress and candidate status.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with candidate information and recruitment metrics.
• Build and maintain a network of potential candidates for future hiring needs.
