3-5 yr experience in sourcing, scheduling interviews, interview stake holder management, recruitment vendor management for non-IT roles should be the skill set. Recruitment experience of Mechanical engineers is mandatory (functions can be any manufacturing , Heavy Machinery, engineering etc.)
Knowledge of SAP SuccessFactors/ ZOHO/ Any ATS is preferred and candidate deputed to companies through RPO are preferred
3 days mandatory to work from our office, cab and food facility will be there (no deductions)
