Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Acquisition: Identify, attract, and hire top talent for various roles within the construction sector.
- Candidate Sourcing: Utilize various sourcing strategies, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals, to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Screening and Interviewing: Conduct thorough screening and interviews to evaluate candidates skills, experience, and cultural fit.

Qualifications:
