RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Source potential candidates through online channels like job portals, professional networks, and social media.

- Screen resumes and job applications to identify qualified candidates.

- Conduct initial phone screenings to create shortlists of potential candidates.

- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintain and update the candidate database and applicant tracking system.

- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.

REQUIREMENTS:

- A Bachelor's degree in any discipline. Degrees in Human Resources, Business Administration, or Communications are a plus.

- Good organizational and time-management skills.
