Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Non-IT Recruiter with 12 years of experience in a staffing agency or in handling non-IT mandates such as roles in manufacturing, engineering, automotive, logistics, or support functions (e.g., sales, accounts, HR, procurement). The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills with a passion for closing positions efficiently and effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for non-IT roles across various industries (Manufacturing, Automotive, Engineering, Logistics, etc.)
- Understand client requirements and develop appropriate recruitment strategies
- Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, references, and networking
- Coordinate and schedule interviews, collect feedback, and manage the candidate pipeline
- Maintain and update candidate databases and trackers regularly
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and hiring managers
- Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining quality standards
- Prepare and share regular reports and dashboards on recruitment status
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: MBA (HR), BBA, BE, or BTech in any discipline
- 1 to 2 years of experience in Non-IT recruitment (preferably from a staffing or consulting background)
- Exposure to domains like manufacturing, automotive, engineering, logistics, or industrial hiring will be an added advantage
- Strong sourcing and screening skills using job boards, LinkedIn, and other tools
- Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle multiple mandates under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Excel and applicant tracking systems (ATS)
