Working Days: 5 Days/Week
Salary: 30,000 40,000 + Incentives

Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced HR Executive / Sourcing Executive to support BPO & Sales recruitment by identifying, sourcing, and building a strong talent pipeline through multiple channels.
Key Responsibilities:
* Source candidates for Voice / Non-Voice / Sales roles
* Use Job Portals (Naukri, Shine, Monster, etc.)
* Source through LinkedIn, Facebook groups & social platforms
* Use Boolean search techniques
* Maintain daily sourcing reports & trackers
* Coordinate with recruiters for profile handover
* Ensure high volume & quality profiles daily
* Build and maintain candidate database for future needs
