About the Role

We are looking for a Junior Recruiter who will work closely with early-stage startups, helping them build teams from scratch (0 1 hiring).

This role is not just execution — you'll be directly involved in understanding business needs, setting up hiring processes, and scaling teams across functions like Sales, Marketing, Operations, and Customer Experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with startup founders & hiring managers to understand hiring needs
  • Drive 0 1 hiring for new roles and teams
  • Source candidates via LinkedIn, Naukri, referrals, and creative channels
  • Screen candidates and assess culture fit for startup environments
  • Build and manage a strong talent pipeline from scratch
  • Coordinate interviews and ensure fast turnaround times
  • Maintain trackers and bring structure to unorganized hiring processes
  • Ensure a great candidate experience in a fast-paced setup

Requirements
