About the Role We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Executive to drive end-to-end hiring for Pune operations. This is a high ownership role where you will work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, source the right candidates, and close positions quickly in a fast-paced startup environment. What You Will Own ● End-to-end recruitment lifecycle (sourcing → closure) ● Understand hiring needs and translate them into a hiring strategy ● Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and referrals ● Drive screening, coordination, and the interview process ● Ensure fast turnaround time and quality hiring ● Manage candidate experience and communication ● Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline What Success Looks Like ● Positions closed within defined timelines ● Strong quality of hires ● Consistent candidate pipeline for key roles ● Smooth and efficient hiring process
Who We Are Looking For ● 2–3 years of experience in Talent Acquisition ● Experience in a startup or high-growth environment (must) ● Strong sourcing skills using LinkedIn, Naukri, etc. ● Good communication and coordination skills ● Ability to work on multiple roles simultaneously ● Strong ownership and urgency in closing positions
