Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT positions across engineering, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, and other domains.
- Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates based on client requirements.
- Work extensively on W2 hiring and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates.
- Utilize VMS (Vendor Management System) portals to manage requisitions, submissions, and candidate tracking.
- Collaborate with Team Managers and Account Managers to understand staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.
- Coordinate with candidates and hiring managers throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Build talent pipelines through job portals, networking, referrals, and other sourcing channels.
- Stay current on market trends, industry insights, and recruitment best practices.
- Provide regular recruitment updates and reports to management.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of recruitment experience in Non-IT staffing, preferably within engineering, manufacturing domains.
- Strong experience in W2 recruitment is mandatory.
- Hands-on experience working with VMS portals is required.
- Familiarity with ATS platforms, job boards, and recruiting tools.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
