Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Non-IT Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for BFSI industry requirements. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, interviewing, and coordinating the hiring process for banking, financial services, insurance, finance, operations, sales, and support roles.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for BFSI positions.
- Understand client/manpower requirements and prepare sourcing strategies.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, employee referrals, networking, and databases.
- Screen resumes and conduct preliminary telephonic interviews.
- Assess candidates based on qualifications, experience, skills, and cultural fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews between candidates and Clients.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
- Negotiate salary packages
- Maintain recruitment trackers, databases, and MIS reports.
- Ensure timely closure of positions within agreed timelines.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for future hiring needs.
- Stay updated on BFSI market trends, salary benchmarks, and hiring practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong understanding of BFSI roles and recruitment processes.
- Hands-on experience with job portals such as Naukri.com, LinkedIn, and other sourcing platforms.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet hiring targets.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment MIS reporting.
Educational Qualification
- Bachelor's Degree in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
Salary Range (Chennai Market):
- Recruiter (1– 3 years): ₹ 1.8 – 3.6 LPA
- Senior Recruiter (3-5 years) : ₹ 3.6 – 4.2 LPA
