Job Title: Non-IT/ BFSI Recruiter Domestic Staffing

Shift Timing: 9 am 6 pm

Location: C-101, Sector 63, Noida

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven recruiters to lead our domestic staffing division. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, talent acquisition, and workforce planning. This role involves overseeing the recruitment process, building a strong talent pipeline, and ensuring high-quality placements that align with client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing candidates.

Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their staffing needs.

Utilize various sourcing methods, including job portals, social media, referrals, and networking, to attract top talent.

Maintain a database of qualified candidates and ensure efficient talent pipeline management.

Conduct background checks, reference verifications, and compliance assessments.

Coordinate onboarding and training programs for selected candidates.

Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in domestic staffing.

Lead and mentor a team of recruiters, ensuring alignment with company objectives.

Develop and track key recruitment metrics to measure efficiency and effectiveness.
