Desired Competencies (Technical Competency)

Must-Have

• Hands-on experience with Test automation tools and have experience in testing data engineering pipelines and software applications.
• Experience in programming/scripting language: Python
• Working knowledge of Pytest frame or another Python testing frameworks
• Experience with Locust (pref), JMeter, Blaze meter performance testing tools
• Experience on Open Telemetry, Observability
• Solid Experience in Performance Tests - Load, Stress, scalability
• Experience with Game Days, DR, Resilience Tests, Chaos Tests
• 2+ Experience in working in AWS cloud environment and AWS services like AWS DLT, S3, ECS etc
• Proficiency in Test-Driven Development (TDD) approaches
• Clear understanding of defect lifecycle, reporting, and issue tracking tools like Jira.
• Working knowledge of API testing, backend validations, and functional automation.

Good-to-Have

• Basic understanding of Containers (Docker) and CI/CD processes.
• Strong collaboration skills and a mindset for quality ownership
• Good experience working in Agile methodology an scrum cerimonies
• Experience with version control systems like Git, Bitbucket, GitHub or Gitlab.
