Remediation Specialist - Non-Financial Regulatory Reporting

Responsible for identifying, investigating, and resolving regulatory reporting gaps and deficiencies across MiFID II, EMIR, and CFTC, SEC, CAD obligations. Lead remediation projects to address historical reporting failures, data quality issues, and regulatory breaches, working cross-functionally to implement sustainable fixes and ensure timely regulatory submissions. Drive root cause analysis and coordinate with technology, operations, and compliance teams to close identified gaps.

Job Requirements

Mode: 5 days from office (Transportation will be provided)

Key Activities

  • Investigate and remediate transaction reporting failures (MiFID, EMIR, CFTC)
  • Work with Engineers on solution design
  • Manage backlog clearance and resubmission projects
  • Conduct root cause analysis for reporting breaks
  • Coordinate with regulators on remediation plans and timelines
