Node Team Lead

This is a full-time on-site role for a Node Team Lead, located in Bhilai. The Node Team Lead will oversee the development and deployment of Node.js applications, manage a team of developers, and ensure best practices in coding and architecture. Day-to-day tasks include collaborating with cross-functional teams, conducting code reviews, and optimizing application performance. The role involves leading project planning, mentoring team members, and ensuring timely delivery of projects.

• Proficiency in Node.js, JavaScript, and Express.js
• Experience with front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and React.js or Angular
• Strong knowledge of RESTful APIs and web services
• Proven track record in leading development teams and managing projects
• Familiarity with database technologies such as MongoDB, MySQL, or PostgreSQL
• Understanding of code versioning tools like Git
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills
• Ability to work on-site in Bhilai and collaborate effectively
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
