Your Role
As a Node.js / Nest.js Developer, you will architect, build, and optimize backend and fullstack applications using modern JavaScript/TypeScript frameworks. You will work on scalable microservices, highperformance backend systems, and collaborative crossfunctional projects that align with business and architectural objectives.
In this role, you will:
- Build scalable backend services using Node.js, TypeScript, NestJS/Next.js, and microservices architectures.
- Develop serverside features with Next.js, including SSR/SSG, API routes, and integration with backend services.
- Create robust RESTful APIs and work with event-driven or message-driven microservices.
- Implement and maintain front-end features using Vue.js (good to have).
- Design and optimize databases using MariaDB, PostgreSQL, or NoSQL systems.
- Integrate caching and messaging using Redis and RabbitMQ.
- Use Docker and Kubernetes for containerization, orchestration, and deployment.
- Collaborate using GitHub, implement CI/CD workflows, and track work using Jira.
- Work with cloud platforms (AWS preferred) for scalable and secure deployments.
- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, contributing to planning, execution, and continuous improvement.
- Write clean, welltested, maintainable code and maintain documentation.
Your Profile
- 6+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and microservices development.
- Strong expertise in JavaScript/TypeScript and understanding of modern backend and fullstack patterns.
- Experience with distributed systems, containers, and CI/CD environments.
- Familiarity with SQL and NoSQL databases (MariaDB, PostgreSQL, Redis).
- Exposure to messaging frameworks such as RabbitMQ.
- Good understanding of cloud environments (preferably AWS).
- Experience with Docker/Kubernetes deployment workflows.
- Ability to collaborate effectively in Agile teams using GitHub and Jira.
- Excellent communication skills, problemsolving abilities, and willingness to innovate.
