Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and maintain robust backend systems and services using Node.js and Python.
- Develop and implement AI/ML models, focusing on LLM, RAG, and agentic workflows.
- Collaborate with frontend developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
- Build and maintain greenfield CI/CD pipelines for seamless deployment and operations.
- Optimize and refactor existing code to improve performance, scalability, and reliability.
- Work with cross-functional teams to define, design, and deliver new features and enhancements.
- Ensure code quality through testing, code reviews, and best practices.
- Stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies to continually enhance the backend infrastructure.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in backend development.
- Proficiency in Node.js and Python.
- Strong experience with AI/ML technologies, including LLM, RAG, and agentic workflows.
- Solid experience in DevOps, particularly with greenfield CI/CD pipeline setups.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Strong understanding of modern software development practices and methodologies.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Graph DBs, especially Neo4J.
- Familiarity with additional backend technologies and frameworks.
- Knowledge of cloud services and infrastructure.
- Experience in the financial or fintech industry.
