Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js
• Implement and optimize RESTful APIs for integration with frontend applications and third-party systems
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions
• Deploy and manage applications on AWS, working closely with DevOps teams
• Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues to ensure service reliability and performance
• Stay current with industry best practices and technologies
• Contribute to improving the development process through automation and innovation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• 3–5 years of backend development experience using Node.js
• Strong experience with AWS (EC2, S3, Lambda, etc.)
• Proficiency in MySQL, MongoDB, or DynamoDB
• Solid understanding of RESTful API design
• Familiarity with serverless architecture and microservices
• Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities

Preferred Skills

• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines
• Knowledge of serverless computing using AWS Lambda
• Understanding of web application security best practices
