Key Skills & Responsibilities:

5+ years in software development with proven leadership experience
End-to-end ownership of backend projects using Node.js
Expertise in OOP, SOA, and design patterns
Strong grasp of CI/CD pipelines, Git, and agile workflows
Ability to debug, optimize, and ensure system reliability
Guide modern stack adoption and legacy migrations
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful features
Mentor junior engineers and support talent growth
