What You'll Do- Build and maintain backend services using Node.js
- Collaborate closely with a small, cross-functional team (Engineering + Product + Design)
- Architect solutions that are scalable, secure, and high performance
- Write clean, maintainable code with strong testing practices
- Work in a fast-paced environment where your decisions directly shape the product
What We're Looking For- 4+ years of hands-on experience with Node.js
- Strong understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript
- Experience with REST APIs, microservices, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
- Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases
- Comfort working in a startup or lean team setup
- Bonus: DevOps experience, event-driven architectures, or message queues (Kafka/RabbitMQ)
