CIBIL:

.Need to clear the onlinedisputes on a daily basis using USER LOGIN(These are the disputes raised by the consumer/customers through the CIBIL Portal)

.Disputes Received from CIBIL through SECURE EMAIL

.Ombudsman Complaints - Resolve and reply to these complaints received through HO on top priority

.Disputes received directly from Customers through phone or Email- resolve them using ADMIN LOGIN

.Auction deficit received- email from Branch, RO & Customers to be closed in CIBIL - resolve them using ADMIN LOGIN

.Clear I-Tracker on a daily basis.

.Pending disputes in Excel from CIBIL on daily basis- these are online/offline disputes: address and resolve them in Excel
