NOC Manager Voice

SMSFORALL is looking for an experienced NOC Manager to join our team and help maintain the stability, performance, and reliability of our voice traffic operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor and manage voice traffic and routing on VOS3000.
• Troubleshoot SIP trunks, gateways, routing issues, and call quality.
• Monitor CDRs, investigate call failures, and resolve technical incidents.
• Coordinate with voice providers and escalate issues when necessary.
• Ensure reliable network operations and service availability.

Requirements:

• Hands-on experience with VOS3000.
• Strong knowledge of SIP, VoIP, and voice routing.
• Experience with NOC operations, troubleshooting, and incident management.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced telecom environment.
