Shift: Rotational shifts including night shifts
We are hiring an experienced NOC Engineer with 5–8 years of experience in NOC Operations, Major Incident Management (MIM), ITSM, Problem Management, and Change Management.
The candidate should have strong knowledge of TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, and basic network troubleshooting. Hands-on experience with monitoring tools like SolarWinds, Nagios, PRTG, and ticketing tools such as ServiceNow is mandatory.
The role involves monitoring servers, applications, and network infrastructure, handling alerts/incidents, performing L1 troubleshooting, managing P1/P2 incidents, coordinating bridge calls, ensuring SLA adherence, and working with cross-functional technical teams for faster issue resolution.
Candidates must have excellent communication skills in English with no compromise. Experience in handling operational escalations and working in a 24/7 support environment is required.
