About the Role:
We are looking for a Network Operation Center Engineer Level 2 & Level 3with an experience of over 5 years in network operations or its related field.
Requirements:
- Extensive experience as a Network Operation Center Engineer.
- Proven experience in troubleshooting network infrastructure based on SOP.
- In-depth knowledge of networking and devices such as Cisco, Juniper, Palo Alto, VPN and Access Points.
- Responds promptly to network alerts and hardware malfunctions.
- Detects and troubleshoots network errors.
- Experience in tracking, documenting and maintaining incident reports for network issues.
- Performing root cause analysis to identify and implement future improvements.
- Experience in leading bridge calls for P1/P2 issues.
- Expertise in mentoring and supporting L1/ L2 engineers.
- Good to have CCNA, JNCIA, CISSP or other relevant certifications.
