Job Description

Alerts and events management

Incident management based on SOPs and documented procedures

Critical and major incident handling and management

Performance and availability monitoring

Escalation of incidents to on call Fisher L3 and other Fisher teams, as applicable

Categorize critical levels for incidents and service requests based on documented standards and guidelines in the SOP and runbooks

Participate in change management and maintenance work
